Join TCA for a work day at Jefferson Farms on Saturday, April 18th. We’ll start at 9am and wrap up by 2pm with a free BBQ lunch provided for all who come. Vegetarian options will be available.

Jefferson Farm is located at 4800 East New Haven Road Columbia, MO 65201. It’s just east of Highway 63 on Grindstone where it turns to New Haven Rd. We will provide transportation from MU’s campus on Saturday morning, but you can also meet us out there!

Please wear clothes that can get dirty and closed toed shoes!

Join our Ambassadors for a night of student-led presentations examining topics in sustainability through a variety of lenses, including social, economic, and environmental impacts of current issues. It will be a great night filled with important environmental information, all presented by students!

On May 2nd, 2015 the ELO will host the second Tiger-Farm-to-Table Dinner in partnership with Campus Dining Services, Hospitality Management, and the Children’s Learning Garden. A four-course meal will be served and made entirely from local Missouri food. Tigers for Community Agriculture will grow most of the produce used for the salad and appetizer courses while pork, tempeh, bread, dessert, cheese, and much more will be sourced from local farms in the Columbia area.
