Our Mission

The Environmental Leadership Office collaborates with MU students to provide support, resources, education and leadership opportunities, empowering them to get involved and take meaningful action to address environmental issues on campus and beyond.

We strive to connect students with environmental issues through informational resource fairs, forums, and local facility tours. Our Ambassadors connect with students in Res Life, we advise several established student organizations, and host the Bike Resource Center and Mizzou Bike Share programs. In addition, we promote sustainable agriculture by recruiting volunteers for Tigers for Community Agriculture and by organizing Campus Farmers’ Markets.

We encourage you to come to us with your ideas, questions and suggestions. Through collaborative work with students, faculty and staff, we hope to see sustainability become a powerful movement on the Mizzou campus.
